Hey Utkarsh,the fee is around 1.76-2 lakhs per semester.And it would increase by 14% for every year.The fee is paid for each semester.Also you can get schlorship with your performance.For that you need to maintain cgpa minimum 9.(relative to batches it would differ also.)

There is a separate exam for admission at SRM university called SRMJEE.You will get admission in one of the branch based upon your rank. The admission details are given in detail at the website of SRM university.

You will be get additional advantages, if you want to study in foreign, considering IIIT has more credibility than PESIT. PESIT is a private university which is one among top universities in India. Biotechnology is any technological application that uses biological systems, living organisms, or derivatives, to make or alter products or processes for a specific use. It is a multidisciplinary course including Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Genetic Engineering, Recombinant DNA technology, Biochemistry, and Bioinformatics. SRM University Haryana is a good institute for Biotechnology and related fields in India. This is because they provide international exposure to students via their semester aboard program. Of course for this you should clear their eligibility criteria and meet it's requirements so you might be able to apply for admissions. The colleges all provide various facilities as stated. 

1- SRM University, Andhra Pradesh : it offers various courses in engineering, liberal arts and management. It delivers a technological related active learning program to its students.
