The cut off for electronics and communication,  last year was 314 marks and from last 3 years it's above  300  so you won't be able to get admission in bits.

Hey hi you have to wait till 4 to 5 counseling rounds to get admission in pesit . As you must have ranked between 1-2000 you could have easily make it up to pesit but surely you must wait till end counseling rounds you may get there .all the best
