honestly there is not much difference between ISE and CSE till 5th year where you to choose your electives, since MS ramaiah's placement is much better than PESIT you should go for RAMAIAH
highest package in ramaiah has gone upto 50lakh where as its average package offered is around 7

The MBA in SRM university is same as MBA in SRM school of management. School of management is just a department under the umbrella of the courses offered by the university.

I think you should go with DTU.
Civil branch is good , there are lots of government jobs and also you will get high salary.
