Coursera certifications they are useful some times to get shortlisted cv for a few jobs. But only certificate cannot confirm your job it is the skill you have some knowledge and experience.

Coursera or other e-learning platforms  videos almost recorded videos. which help you get basic knowledge . only one way communication is mainly problem in e-learning platform. Please go through live online some what some doubts may be cleared.

you can do the certification courses as per your interest.

if you are already in second year in mba and have a base in accounting you can do CFA Course.

If you want a  career in corporate finance/management accounting and able to devote time, you can go for  CIMA/ICMA.

To start with basics you can go with Microsoft word,excel ,office etc can be of some use before joining mba. You can also do course on digital marketing,data analytics,lean six Sigma etc ,these days r language is also banging it's position ,so you can wvee join this which can be useful.

B schools also conduct seminars, programmes on extra courses which can be studied with MBA
