For counselling the resident certificate is an important document. If the Certificate is not being issued then please contact TSICET whether it is possible to verify document with the help of Birth certification, Electricity bill or Ration Card.

Well after your councelling there is the procedure of document verification,that's how the admission procedure works.

So better to consult the same with the administration of the respective college,if the seat is allotted.
