Yes, you may get a MBBS college based on your category. If you belong to the UR, you have the least chances. You can always apply for a MBBS seat at the second round if you are not allotted one in the first round. All the best!

The 10% reservation for Economically weaker sections (EWS) category has been made applicable this year. However, there is no such specified word like for only round-1 or round-2 which means for overall counselling it has been applied so does in round-2.

Yes, there will be a second round of counseling. You may apply for the same after the first round ends. 

However, if you miss that too, you may directly appear for the mop up round and select your preferred college from the available colleges at that moment.
