You have good score but the cutoff has increased this year so you have less chances of getting a government medical College in AIQ or state quota in Rajasthan.

Here are the conditions or criteria to be fulfilled for AP NEET UG Counselling 2019  organized by Dr. NTR University:

• Candidates from Andhra Pradesh are not eligible for 15% All India Quota seats situated outside AP which allotted through NEET counselling. They are only eligible to get seats

Yes if your interested to join that college then  you have to pay challen to hold that college or Else you may loose seat because in second counselling if you get better then before college then you can  join (o r) if you fail to get good college

For the counselling for the NEET 2019 you will need the marksheet of class 10 and class 12 at the time of document varification at the respective institute. Other documents required at the time of varification are listed below.

• NEET score card or rank card, NEET admit card
