I would like to inform you that this problem was caused due to server management error which was caused due to huge amount of Public usage of the Nta  server which crossed it's limits and after some time you can login ,as to check as the Internet traffic

Its completely fine if you didn't get any seat in first mock seat allotment. Wait till the last round as things really change till then. Anything can happen. It's all quite unpredictable. However keep alternative options as well. Don't depend upon it totally.

Yes , Mp medhavi scheme is valid this year also with some modifications. These modifications have strengthened this scheme further as it results in inclusion of various other institutions also like polytechnic colleges etc..This scheme was amended on 28 may 2019 , so it is valid this year
