Only those students can apply in 85% state quota of Gujarat, who are actually from Gujarat and they have their Domicile certificate.

Being from Rajasthan, you can only apply in 15% all india quota of Gujarat.

Yes Kshiti, there will be a separate State merit list and a separate All India Quota merit list. There is no need to apply in All India Quota if you are domicile of Karnataka. Let me tell you that 85% seats are RESERVED for state quota and no other state

As per the notification released by APICET counselling desk, it is necessary to bring income certificate issued after 1st January 2015 or the Ration Card holders containing the name of the candidate. But I think it will be better if you go with income certificate rather than ration card
