With this rank chances are less of getting a seat in IPU college for BPT course. There are no cutoff list or opening and closing ranks of previous year to tell which college you may get. You should ask the college reception that

General category and gen-ews are totally different from one another. EWS stands for Economic Weaker Section of the society. It has certain conditions and certificate if you provide them that certificate and fulfill those conditions you will be considered for the counselling.

There is no limitation in the number of choices for colleges in neet counseling . You are allowed to choose as many colleges as you want and also there is no limitation of course.

You are allowed to choose for MBBS colleges as well as  BDS  colleges. 

But

If college is alloted in first round in All India Quota then you have to report to the college or you may leave that seat alloted in first round of counselling and take admission in college alloted in state quota, But no one can leave their seat alloted in second

The counseleling of NEET UG 2019 starts from 19th June 5:00pm to 24th June,2019 up to 05:00 PM of 24th June, 2019 only as per Server Time on mcc.nic.in  .So wait for some more time to start the  counselling. 

Hiiii dear!!!! In all India counselling, you can choose colleges from all over India which has participated in the neet. So Yess you can choose colleges from your state also, howevshyou should have acquired the cut off marks that are required in the colleges you are applying to.

The Madhya Pradesh counselling is expected to begin in the last week of June ie it may commence from 24th or 25th of June. Then the choice list (form filling) will start in the same week. And the first list college allottmenet will approximately take place in the first week

UP NEET 2019 Counselling will going to start from the 2nd week of August 2019. It is organized by the Directorate General of Medical Education and Training, UP under the State Government. The authority conducts the counselling for 85% quota seats in the state medical and dental colleges.
