The first round of counselling for B. Tech programmes of UPSEE 2019 is scheduled between 15th to 19th of june (TENTATIVELY). There is no official announcement of the councelling.

thanks for asking your query as per your rank in wbjee you could get admission in jadavpur college but the mechanical branch cannot be sured because if you had slight more better rank under 500 then possibility could be more.
