All India Quota(15%) and State Quota(85%). 

This means 15% of the total seats available in the Government Medical Colleges and Dental Colleges are under the All India Quota

According to your rank, chances seem to be less of getting a seat in RNT Medical College, Udaipur through All India Quota. You might get admission through state quota counseling.
