• 1) AP EAMCET Rank Card 2019
• 2) AP EAMCET Hall Ticket 2019
• 3) Intermediate or Equivalent exam mark sheet and passing certificate
• 4) 10th class mark sheet and passing certificate
• 5) Study/Bonafide Certificate from III to X

You can get  by showing your community certificate and  EWS , your income certificate. community certificate must be submitted and the 10% reservation will naturally happen.  

But you can claim it during the counselling session to make sure you can avail the quota .

AP Eamcet is an entrance exam which is conducted to get admission into various engineering or medical and agricultural courses in Andhra Pradesh.Only colleges in Andhra Pradesh can participate in AP Eamcet counseling.No other colleges from other states participates in AP Eamcet counseling.So there are no colleges of Telangana
