Commission of Entrance Examination has started KEAM 2019 Counselling in online mode and the first list of seat allotment has been released on June 20, 2019. Registration for counselling process has been started from June 13, 2019.

First of all, make sure that your allotment college i.e. KMC Manipal from the final result for round-2 UG 2019 (2 July, 2019) not from the previous provisional result of round-1.
If its from the final result then you have to report to KMC Manipal with important documents
Sorry to dissappoint you. TNEA counselling is only accessible to the students who come under its guidelines like belonging to TamilNadu domicile or studied in TN board from 8th to 12th standard. Despite this, the person should have completed their plus two and scored more than 50% marks.

state counselling will begin after neet results are out which is expected to be in first week of june. all the best for great future ahead.
Sorry to say, I don't think you can use your last year marksheet for counseling if u failed last year. But in case it is allowed you can definately used the older marksheet.
