TS EAMCET and Mains counselling are totally independent of each other.

You have to register for TS EAMCET counseling is generally conducted in last week of May or most probably by the second week of June and then you can exercise your options.

Whereas the mains counselling also

JEE main seat are alloted according to all india rank if you are taking admission outside your home state but if you take admission in your state college then your category is considered.
