There are different eligibility criteria for different college category i.e diiferent for NITS through JEE mains , architecture colleges through JEE mains paper2 or JEE Advance.
You won't be eligible for NITs/IITs due to low percentage in boards.

Hey buddy, jee main paper 2 was conducted on April 7, 2019 and the results were declared on may 15,2019.
Once the result is declared, a cut off list is prepared and those who qualify in JEE Main Paper 2 Cut Off shall proceed to the admission process.

Dear Rashmi, if you have registered for NEET MDS 2019 first counselling, you needn't register again. It holds good for this whole year irrespective of the number of round of counselling. In other words, your earlier registration holds good for 2nd round of counselling and also 3rd round of counselling,
