yes you can It is usually advised to fill the JOSAA choices as per the preference of colleges and departments, for example CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT
Hello there. Since for once your admit card are released and all the things are done you can't change your category. And for taking admission in general category, if you have scored good marks and your air is good then you will automatically get seat in the general without filling

Hope you are doing good. According to your rank i.e.., 104777 I guess you can get the seat in vit vellore campus but you need to attend the councelling when they call you. Maybe your fee structure will be comparitively high.
