Counselling

This is Nikhil Reddy, from NIT rourkela, EE.
There will be a common councelling for both mains and advanced, conducted by jossa.
This counselling is after the advanced exam and probably starts a week after jee advanced results.
Note: There will be special rounds for nits, iits
if you belongs to a reservation category than all india category rank will be used to get admission in the college. in mangement quota all india quota rank will work. so if you have reservation than you have to use all india category rank. for general it will be same.

One can't exactly say what is going to happen but any exams counselling happens after the decalration of class 12 result.

Dear Annapoorna, the eligibility criteria are different for different category of seats.
afcource If you Fill the OBC in Your conselling form then Your OBC rank is only Considered...
& Yes with less then 4K Rank You will get All the the field in engineering Under DTU even you are from Outside Delhi region.

Hello
If you are allotted a seat in second round of counselling and once you have joined your second round allotted college of All India Quota you will not be allowed to resign from your All India Quota seat.
