In the JoSAA counselling, You have three options after the first round of counselling that are Slide freeze and float, Which offers You opportunity to either wait for the better Branch in that college, Or finish the process by selecting the offered college Or continue for Further Rounds

Mock Tests are provided by National Testing Agency (NTA) for students to practice. Mock Tests are available in online mode. Tests can also be downloaded by the students and those who do not have Computer system are provided the facility to walk to the JEE Main 2019 Test

Yes you can participate in both the counselling simulataneously but you have to be physically present at both the places. The counselling dates depend and vary from state to state so there are chances that they may coincide.
