Your updated marksheet needs to be briught for counselling in josaa. 

Cbse improvement results will be out from May Month when Josaa Counselling shall start tentatively so you will get benfits

the Counseling fee will never be refunded while you didnt have suitable rank or NEET marks so you didnt get any of the seat.
