Yes. Apart from the academic and other documents, you would also need to submit the fee in the form of DD in favour of 'PGCET MBA' payable at Belgaum. Here is the list of all documents for Karnataka PGCET counselling and other details  - Karnataka PGCET MBA Counselling

Dear you need to get ready with DD before you go to counselling always because at time of counselling if you dont have DD so you might loose your seat so get your DD ready before going to counselling of the amount specified so you miss a seat .

Registrations for BCECE 2018 counselling started on July 19. As of today, two rounds of seat allotment has been made. The third round of seat allotment was to be announced on August 31, but has been currently postponed.

I would suggest you keep following this article for latest

• You need to visit KEA website and download the pdf. Kea has released document verification dates. It starts from Sep 10th 9am onwards.

 If as per the official if the candidate is not allotted any seat in all rounds of counselling including stray vacancy round, the fee will be refunded in the account provided by the candidate  at  the  time  of registration. Security  fee  will  be  refunded  only  after  the  completion  of counseling.
