I think yes they will give you some time for submitting documents and this may be of one week. But you should have valid reason for not submitting documents on time, also withing given time you will have to submit those document.

Hello,you can't get a govt seat as you know it needs a bit high score but you can get a seat in B & C categories in any private colleges or deemed universities.

Also ,you can wait for the mopup round,if not,but still chances are less.
