the number of vaccant seats information is available to the college only, you will get teh college as per your rank only. and you can not get to know about the seats left in 3rd counseling. all the best have a great future ahead.

Yes, you are eligible for third round counselling of AP EAMCET even if you have not attended the first and second ones.
