Once you have submitted the list of preferences nothing can be done. Whatever colleges you have filled remain as it is. My advice is follow the counselling rounds till end. You never know what can happen. Don't loose hope.

The counselling date of BCECE 2018 is Last week of July 2018 exact date are not announced yet.

You need to do registration and choice filling for second round from July 6 to July 8, 2018 (till 5.00 PM).
If you are doing fresh registration, you need to do payment for registration round two- Till July 9, 2018 (12.00 PM) othwerwise no payment.

As far as I know. There is no float or lock kind of thing in bcece counselling just like in JOSSA.
