Sorry but can't do anything if you missed the counselling form . Though you can apply for private colleges or semi government medical colleges .
You can also apply for round 3 form but make sure you fill it up on time .

Fee structures are different for different colleges and sometimes for categories, as well but what remains the same is the counselling fees .So, if you want to know the fee structure, please mention the name of college and your category as well.
