Hello mam , i got seat in round 2 in central University du cw category but i am not belong to cw category and already i applied DEEMEED in round 1 itself but in round 1 i didn't get any seat allotment ..now can i opt upgradation for mopup round

The official announcement regarding the counselling procedures and dates are not yet released. The results are just released yesterday. You can expect to see the notification regarding counselling session by mid-July.
