No, this is not possible. Wait for the spot round if there is any. But if you miss the first counselling, it is understood that you leave your seat for others unless you have given a valid reason for the same.

Hello Raghvendra!This is Neeraj Atluri.For any counselling you required Your original marks and two sets of their zeroxes.Your aadhar card,passport size photos.When your attending the specific councelling they will mention their requirement so don't  worry.

Since there is a little conflict about medical seats distribution and deallocation of seats for medical colleges It would take some time and we could expect the counselling to be held in the month of july or August.

Dear, I think tancet counselling for engineering has still not started. It will be starting from last week of June or First week of July as per my knowledge. So I would suggest you to visit their official website and check for any updates regularly.
