Yes, it does, if you are within top 1500, then you will definitely get a seat in JEE/JIST at Assam CEE counselling 2018. The minimum rank required to be 100% assured is 3000.

The counselling for both MPC and BIPC stream was started on 28th May 2018, After MPC counselling BPIC will be started!

thankyou for approaching us. if you have not attended the first counselling you can still attend the 2nd counselling. but you will not be getting the seat you might have got in your first counselling.
