Thanks for your question, It is very difficult to predict whether you are eligible for counselling or not.It totally depends on the criteria,number of seats and students appearing.According to me there is a very less chance that you will be able to attend counselling.But hope for the best.

AIQ COUNSELLING :

once you register yourself , you will be given a date for CHOICE FILLING , on this date you have fill your choice for colleges in a serial manner

Looking at your score, there is definitely a chance for you to get admission into a govt. MBBS seat through the AIQ. As for a private seat, you can get that easily enough.
