If you have selected sliding option in 1st round then at the time when you get your favourite seat then go to RC and do freeze other wise you don't need to visit again.

The first round of NEET 2018 counselling for AIQ and Deemed/Central universities will be tentatively conducted from June 12 to June 24, 2018, and the second round will be conducted from July 6 to July 12, 2018. The seats which will remain vacant after two rounds of NEET counselling 2018

If you have not qualified neet you are not eligible for admission in any state or university. You can try again next year with full preparation.
