Since you have not mentioned which college you want to take admissions into, i cant tell you the college.

Yes! AP EAMCET councelling is applicable for BiPC students.The counselling has been started from 28th May 2018.

Manipal councelling will start from 28 may to 6 june it will be round 1 councelling and will be offline and round 2 to 5 will be online councelling

In order to take admission in other state you will be eligible only for the private colleges management quota seats without domicile, For Government seats you should have the domicile of the particular state.
