The counselling for TS ICET will take place in July. The actual dates will be announced soon on the website of TSCHE. As per your rank (3471) in TS ICET and category, you can try for the following colleges:
Nizam College
Kaushik College of Engineering
OU PG College

Sorry to say but you can neither get a seat in DTU nor in NSIT in further rounds as there is a wide difference between your rank and their previous year cutoffs.

Yes Jadhavpur University have their own counselling. Candidates will be required to present themselves in person for the Counselling on the date, time and place which will be announced beforehand.
