Yes,Ncc certificate is useful while allotting seats in eamcet based on ncc quota. According to ranks, you need to take ncc certificate with you.

It is absolutely fine to pay from another person's account as the details of account and image of passbook or crossed cheque is only for the refund purpose, i.e. in any case if the seat gets cancelled then refunded amount will be transferred to that person's account.

If the category is not visible to you then you can recheck your form that whether you had filled EWS category and then cross check whether its filled or not.

If if is not visible then you may write a mail to the exam conducting authority regarding your problem.

You do not have to pay any fee to participate in AIIMS counselling. However, candidates need to pay their fee at the time of document verification.

To participate for AIIMS counselling you need to register yourself by entering personal, academic and other details. After that, you need to fill your choices of colleges in which you wish to get admission. The validity of your EWS category certificate is one year hence after one year from the issue of the EWS certificate you possess you nedd to get it renewed.

If you are asking that is it necessary after the counselling then yes,it is necessary because most institutes ask for the documents every time you will be benefitted from those documents.
