It means when you take part in counseling rounds, candidates are required to pay the counseling fee.which is not refundable.

Candidates will be required to register and pay processing fee of Rs.1200/- (for OC/BC) and Rs. 600/- (for SC/ST) through online by credit card/ debit card/ (or) net banking through the "Pay Processing Fee " link in the web site https:// apeamcet .nic.in.

From this year Ews quota will be in High Demand so You need to be a little causious about it while filling that may the cutoff may not inc too much high .I would like to inform you that last year the cutoff of up state counselling was 573 for Gen. but for the EWS was 578 which was due to more no of Applicants wrt to the No of seats so this year this awareness might be in other states also.

7. Reservation certificate if any

Yes you can register for the spot counselling if you have not register earlier. Those candidates were unable to register themselves for the JoSAA, there is the spot round facility is provided for those candidates. The list of availability of the seats for the spot round will be displayed after the final round of counseling. When the seats will remain vacant after the completion of all the rounds of counseling then the spot round will begin.

I think it will not become big problem. In the counselling they will only verify your certificates .If there is problem you have go through the assigned counselling centres. Where you have to provide all certificates.

WBJEE is conducted by WB Joint Entrance Examinations Board Top government engineering colleges in West Bengal as well as private engineering colleges in WB accept WBJEE scores.

Corrections in the application form of UPSEE would be done via online mode. There is the one time opportunity for the candidates to correct mistakes in the filled-in application form. I'm not sure about it but you can try to upload your OBC certificate with correct norms in the second round for counselling of UPSEE.  You can contact with the helpline of UPSEE.
