You'll be required to seperately register for the counseling of state quota which is 85% of the seat of medical college.
The state and central counselings are done seperately by two different authorities so thus you'll be required to apply for them seperately.

Well if the website mentions the management quota fees to be something like this then it might be true because the fees under management quota is pretty high as compared to normal fee structure and that is why the difference is there. Also the cut off goes very low

You have to surrender first where you have been selected for joining medical MBBS courses.
Then you can attend for the AP State quota counselling for the first round.for admission in Medical colleges of Andhra Pradesh. If you selected there you can join in any government medical colleges
