do i have to seprately register for counselling of all the states??Or aiq is enough

You'll be required to seperately register for the counseling of state quota which is 85% of the seat of medical college.
The state and central counselings are done seperately by two different authorities so thus you'll be required to apply for them seperately.

Yes you have to register for both counselling separately. As All India Quota counselling for 15% seats in Government Medical and dental colleges, 85%state quota seats in DU colleges (MAMC, LHMC, UCMS), Central and Deemed Universities including BDS at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, IP Quota seats of ESIC Colleges is done by DGHS on the behalf of MCC and counselling for seats in Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) is also done by DGHS but on behalf of MCC as well as AFMC.
If we talk about State quota then you have to apply to your respective state counselling when the application will be open.
