There is no need to renew the SC certificate as these certificates are not for a definite time period.  You can use your old certificate for any purpose.

Going last year's cutoffs, with 38000 rank in Neet it would be difficult to get any government Medical college through All India quota. Last year, around within 12000 rank last year the seats through all India quota were filled. The registration for counselling for CG PPT has begun on 10 September 2020 only. The registration has ended on 15 September 2020. You may get a seat in direct admission for the remaining seats.
