According to last year cut off the chances seems to be low to get bvsc course.

As of last year cut offs for oc, bvsc in sv

Non farmer quota- general-1336rank, women-1074rank

Securing 191 marks in neet won't help you to get a seat in government medical college neither in mbbs nor BDS. You may get some of the private medical colleges with BDS course. For that please refer to the link mentioned below-
