A rank of 3288 rank with sc reservation is a bit low one to get in nit or iiit colleges. You have not mentioned that you belong to sc category. Due to the increasing competition it is important to score higher rank to get into the topo universities.

As you are expecting a score of 200+. You will get chance in BHMS private college.  For BAMS it seems difficult. Last years cut-off for BHMS is 320-300 for government college. For private college one must get 200 marks. For BAMS one must score 420+ score for general
