There isn't any NIT or IIT which is offering Mechatronics course in undergraduate level.But Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bhagalpur is offering B.tech Mechatronics which is IIIT.However, Mechatronics in offered in M.tech level in NIT, Surathkal and IIT, Patna.

Yes, Punjab University does offer MA in Political Science. The duration of the course is 2 years. The eligibility criteria is that candidates must have completed graduation from a recognised university.
