MBA(for engineers)

Indian nationals having Bachelor’s degree in any branch of Engineering/Technology from AICTE approved Institutions/UGC approved Universities are eligible to apply for the Master of Business Administration degree programme.

MBA(Agribusiness)

No there is no such restrictions regarding CA Course . This depends on you how you will manage both the things. It is advised that you study B.Com Honours from School of Open Learning.  This might help you more since you won't have to worry about your attendance .
