For three years B.Sc Nursing, you must have passed 10+2 in science subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
But there are few diploma courses one can do even if she/he had arts in 12. After 12th Commerce or Arts stream schooling, students are eligible to pursue two Diploma

No you are not going to face any restrictions you can go ahead and apply for the MBA as it is good to not having any gap in studies cause once you enter into working field you will not find ample time for study so go for the
B.Ed is an bachelor of education degree and it has all the subjects which a commerce, science or social science candidate can study. So there is not specific subject for you. You can join this degree.
