I will be giving boards in March 2020 (commerce with maths), and planning to go for a crash course for management colleges (IPMAT, DUJAT etc.). what if I dont get selected from these entrance exams? will I have to drop a whole year and prepare again?

Answer of your question is definitely yes you have to pay the fees of whole year . Your college take your original documents during admission procedure . If you are not clearing the yearly fees then they will not bound to give it back to you .
