You haven't mentioned the name of the college for which you want to know the cut off for b.com in case if you are asking about DU then you need to score between 90-95 % in your class 12 board  examination  to get admission into DU ,

I heard about that my senior has changed her degree in Pondicherry university. So there are possibilities present to change the degree. But if you are getting any scholarship or stipend for the older course, that will be terminated. So think well and change.
