but for Central Institute of Technology (CIT) Kokrajhar if you happen to be an unreserved candidate, then anywhere above 65 marks should put you into the merit list and hence you can estimate.

You cannot edit your list of desired courses now. It was possible only till the last date of DU online registration, which was 22nd June, 2019. After the registration dates are over, one can only edit their marks and nothing else from the form. 

Hence it is advisable

Yes you are eligible for BCA correspondence course because there is no matter of age in the field of education therefore I would suggest you to fill up your application for the correspondence course and then start your education with a fresh start again.
