Sorry to say, Delhi University isn't offering Bachelors in Science plus Bachelor's in Education integrated as I've checked on their website. However there are other colleges like Sharda University offering the same. So, you might wanna reconsider your choices.

It is better to go for B.tech rather than doing an integrated course. Post completion of B.tech you might consider working for sometime before choosing your field of specialisation.
