In SASTRA the admission is based on both your JEE main percentile as well as 12th board marks 25%weightage is given to JEE main percentile and remaining 75% is given to your 12th marks.The SASTRA rank will be calculated based on a formula((JEE main percentile *0.25)+(12th percentage*0.75)) and

For BA course you need to have more than 75-79% in your 12th exam. With this score you can get admission in BA course if not in 1st cut off list then surely in 2nd to 3rd cut off list. If you have any further queries do comment down below

congrats for your 9.94 gpa in 12 class in ap board and 86.1 percentile in jee mains exam,but your percentile in jee mains is not enough,although you are able to get admission in sastra university,,
