In order to get admission in sikkim manipal university for mbbs course you will have to give an entrance conducted by the sikkim manipal university but this year's exam has already been conducted so I suggest you try next year.

You cannot do any regular courses with ncweb. You can only do part time courses like language courses that too only if you maintain the minimum attendance criteria necessary for ncweb.
