MAT examination is divided into five sections Language Comprehension, Intelligence and Critical Reasoning, Data Analysis and Sufficiency, Mathematical Skills, Indian and Global Environment. MAT december was moderate overall. All the section was easy to moderate but only English was little tough.

Aerospace branch is new branch in Sastra university.
Generally, there is a less scope of this branch at UG level mostly companies preffered to take students from IITs.
In private Amrita and SRM provides good placements.
