To get seat in NIT for aparticular course & catogory the opening rank is 91000 & closing rank is 96500 , but i got 90450. can i get a seat for admision.

Since you have a better rank than the opening and closing ranks mentioned by you (i'm assuming them to be previous year's) which definitely means you can get admission in NIT for that particular course unless and until there occurs any drastic change in the cutoff.
